Craig Peter MacKenzie

Craig specializes in the skillful design and application of life insurance and advanced estate planning strategies to help solve the unique needs of high net worth individuals and families. With over fifty years of experience in the financial services industry, he has established an accomplished and solid career as a financial representative. He has been an asset to the firm for over five decades and has consistently been a top producer.

Throughout his successful career, Craig was the recipient of numerous industry awards. He is a Million Dollar Round Table Life Member (MDRT) as well as a National Life Insurance Company's Presidents Club Life Member. In addition, he was the 2002 and 2005 firm Excalibur Award* winner and received the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) distinctive National Quality Award and National Achievement Award*.

Craig is an active member of NAIFA. Additionally, he is a board member of Action Ministries, Feed the Hungry Foundation and the Buckhead Rotary as well as a member of the Cherokee Town and Country Club.

A graduate of Florida State University class of 1971, Craig earned a Business Administration Management Degree, and was a Letterman of the Florida State University football team. He is a member of the President’s Club of Florida State University.

Craig has been married to Mary Kathryne (Kay) Timberlake since 1971; they live in Sandy Springs and are  members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church. Craig has also served as an Ordained Deacon in the Baptist church. Kay and Craig have two children, Kate and Peter. Kate is married to Kirk Susong, and they have two children. His son Peter is the managing
partner of MacKenzie Financial Group and lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Katie and three
daughters.
